A client-centered therapy

Our psychotherapy offers a safe environment for healing. Lasting change and personal growth are what is expected to happen while on or after the client has undergone psychotherapy.

To understand the client’s feelings and behaviors and address the mental health issues the client came to psychotherapy for, the first thing that our psychotherapists do is to build rapport with our clients. Psychotherapy is a collaborative effort in improving the client’s quality of life. Trust is one of the main elements in psychotherapy. The trust of the client in our psychotherapist that he or she will be able to lead the client to a positive life change or improvement is really important. Psychotherapy is about addressing the root cause and core issues of current mental health problems, so the client should be able to develop the feeling of being comfortable to share them with our psychotherapist.

Included in the list of psychotherapies we render to our clients are:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
  • Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT)
